Any information is appreciated concerning Catherine Klingel, spouse of Joseph Anton Dehm.

According to, she was born in 1789 in Erzlingen, Germany and was married in 1805, in Joehlingen, Karlsruhe, Baden.

Their daughter Elizabeth married Joahnnes Schroth, whose son, Thomas, is my GGF.

Thomas's son Edward Frederick emigrated to America in the mid-19th century and lived in Boston.

We do not know if any other Klingels married into the Dehm, Schroth, Hoeffner, or Fernekees family, which are all connected in our growing tree. We'd also love to find out if any Klingels emigrated to Boston or other points in the US.

Thanks, and Happy New Year!
