Sainato Name Meaning
Italian (southern): possibly a nickname from sainato ‘tawny’ referred to a horse in Sicilian sainatu ’white and tawny horse’ from saina ‘color of sorghum’ presumably a nickname for someone with tawny hair. Alternatively it may be a nickname for a fat man from Latin sagina ‘fattened’.
