Q: When there are two names on one image (one on the left side/one on the right side), do we key each name in a separate section or continue in list form?
- A: In cases where you have more than one name on the image you continue to key in the same section on the next record.
Q: I have a set where there is tissue paper inserted between the pages as used to be found in old photo albums. The information is reasonably easily visble through the tissue paper but the tissue paper is moved from side to side in alternate images. Should I transcribe the information under the tissue paper in the first image then mark the second image as a duplicate?
- A: We would prefer to have the first image, covered with tissue paper, to be marked as the duplicate and key the uncovered, and presumably more clear, image. Obviously if it is the last image in the image set then yes, key the tissue covered image. Annafechter 21:48, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

If the event date is actually 1914 do we use the post 1914 form or the standard form for keying?
- A: Any record with a 1914 date should be classified as a Post 1914 form type.
I have keyed quite a few sets of these and I am now reveiwing some. On the reveiw sets I am finding that most keyers are confused with the form types i.e. Admission instead of Commitment and using the Admission date as the Event Date.
Also, many have inferred gender when it is not shown. Is this correct?
I have found on some records when reading through it does refer to the child as his/him when it does say this I will put male but if nothing on record I don't, as far as the admission/commitment I have indexed them as admitted, I have asked many questions regarding this project via email and had no rely....now I have stopped indexing in fear of doing it wrong
For the avoidance of doubt, could somebody please confirm that the sample image shown for "ADMISSIONS" on the help page is the only image where the Admissions form is used.
