I've been trying to discover my family history for a few years now. I have discovered that my great grandfather, Robert Marko, changed his last name to Marko, and it is theorized his original name may have been Markowski or Markovitz. He was from Greek and Polish descent and my grandmother was of Russian descent. Once married, they moved to Austria and from there came to the united states. My grandfather is one of eight children by Robert Marko, all of which whom he either forgets or chooses not to speak of. If your Marko family history sounds familiar please add onto the page.
