This database contains images of monthly rosters and muster-in rolls for various New York National Guard units. Monthly rosters listed the names of officers and troops assigned to a unit as well as those who were assigned to other units or discharged during the previous month. Along with names, rosters will also include

Muster-in rolls listed names of those newly mustered into the Guard. They may include the following details:

- term of enlistment
