Głuszyca, Poland, Repatriated Polish Jews, 1946-1950

The small town of Głuszyca contained a massive secret underground complex. Several theories exist as to the purpose of the facility but it remains unclear as to why Hitler had it built. After the war, many residents returned home to this town. This collection contains about 600 names, birth dates and places, parents' names, addresses, and some occupations of those living here between the years of 1946 and 1950. As some people moved, their names were crossed off the list.
