Peng Name Meaning

Chinese :from the name of the fief of Peng, which was granted to a great-grandson of the legendary emperor Zhuan Xu, who then became known as Peng Zu. According to tradition, Peng Zu lived for over 800 years, and so came to be a symbol of long life. His descendants adopted Peng as their surname.
