I just visited Jesse's grave near Chilicothe OH last weekend commemorating him as a captain from the revolutionary war. I think your birth date is off. The stone say's "Died 2-12-1821" and said he was "84 years and 1 mo. old". That would make his b-day 1-12-1737. I have in my records that he had 4 siblings. Jesse II (my direct bloodline buried in Fayette Co. IN), Charles, Samuel, and Anna (the youngest). I hope this helps.

Thanks for the correction on the birth date. I have Jesse's Siblings as Eleanor, Moses, Matthew, and Nathaniel. I also have Jesse's children as Samuel, Jesse II, Charles, Anna, Elizabeth, and Mary Polly. Any corrections or additions are welcomed, I have dates for everyone except Samuel and Eleanor.

I actually meant children. LOL! I don't know why I typed that. Anyway, Thanks for the additions of Elizabeth and Mary Polly. I have a John III (b.1719-d.no date} as a sibling to Jesse as well. I have Samuel born in 1769 with no date for death. Would you mind letting me know the dates you have for the siblings and children. I am missing quite a few. Thank you so much :)

Hey which family tree program are you using? I use Family Tree Maker 2009. I can send you a rather large Pigman tree file if you like. I have Jesse II's children as Adam Aug 18 1789 - Sep 17 1876 and Sarah Jul 1801. From your answer there is an Eli also?

As far as Ancestors the Pigman book (to which there are several errors found) has Jesse, John II, John I, Ralph Pitman, Henry Pickman, and John Picman (born Before 1603)

Henry was born and died in England, Ralph was born in England and has no death place or date, John I was born in England and died in Maryland after Oct 12, 1712.
