My grandfather was Frank Rakouski (Lithuanian nameFranciszke [Francis] Rakauskas) who was married to Marijona (Mary, Marie) Junigajte (or Junigaite) in 1901. Mary was also know as Mary/Marie Staucikas in the family, however my grandfathers mothers maiden name was Rosalie Staucikas). They had four (4) children, Peter Paul, Teofilia (Phyllis), Joseph, and John.
Peter died in Aug, 1968, Phyllis in Sep 1936, Joe in Jan 1930, John is still living in Chicago.
Peter was married to Teresa Pellegrini and they had two (2) children, Peter Paul, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth. Teresa and Mary are deceased. Peter is still living.
Phyllis was married to Anthony Balser (Balseris) who was born in Westville, Illinois in 1904.
Frank Rakauskas was a laborer who worked on the Chicago docks prior to being shot and killed by a John Sabasky (possibly John Sabaskas, Sabaskis). Frank was shot at Mary's flat at 2032 South Halsted Street in Chicago.
Most importantly Frank had a sister Mosica (Monica Rakauskas) Pechucaitis who lived (in 1920) at 1533 South 50th Avenue in Cicero, Ill.
