DIFFENBAUGHs from PA in Revolutionary War

My family tree indicates 3 of the sons of Johann Adam Diffenbaugh (who settled in Lancaster, PA in 1737) were in the Revolutionary War. The sons names were George, John and Henry. The only similar records I can find on the PA archives website show "Geo.", John and "Henery" "Deffeybough." Does anyone have information that this might be the same Lancaster family with a spelling error? I have a variety of last name spellings for these ancestors, but I've never seen this one!
Thanks.
