There is a Cora Bell Hall (spouse Howell Hall) living in Stockton, Baldwin County, Alabama in 1900 census. Lists her birth as Nov 1881. Howell's occupation is Teamster.
Cora is only 18 and they list no children. I would guess that them married in the previous year or two.
It is interesting to note that there are several Hall families listed on this census page. I can assume that they are probably related, and perhaps brothers, parents, etc.
There are no census records available for 1890 for this area. Alabama didn't officially start recording births until 1908. Therefore you will probably need to find out which churches were in the area and see if they have any records still available. Sometimes marriage records have parents names. I've had a lot of luck here, so keep at it.
