Hi All, I recently sent a message in Italian to email@example.com
to request the birth certificate of my great-grandfather Francesco Sanzo. I've just received the following response:
Essentially, this means that they registered the email request with a number of 4837 Protocol. So, I'm assuming this means they've assigned it out and it will be fulfilled? Would love to hear how the process went for anyone else that has requested birth certificates from the US. Thanks!
