ADELIA L. NELSON
Resolutions of respect. - Whereas, God in his wisdom has seen fit to remove from us an inspired and loved neighbor, Mrs. Adelia L. Nelson, of Goldendale, who departed this life, and whose soul was wafted into the sweet Haven of rest on the 5th day of January 1915, we desire to express formerly and permanently the affection we cherish for her memory, and to bear testimony to her daily walk with God, and her many virtues of character. Resolved, that we, the neighbors of Klickitat Camp, No. 127, W.O.W., while deeply morning our loss, we do bow in humble submission to the will of our Father in heaven, meanwhile thanking him for his grace which adorned the life of one neighbor with so many Christian virtues and which filled the last few days of her life with visions of a bright, happier and noblier home which awaits God's chosen people. That we express to the bereaved husband and other members of the family our tenderest sympathy, praying that both they and we may, as she in her last hours, hear the angels' welcoming music calling us to the throne of God. That a memorial page be allotted in the records of our Camp, and these resolutions be spread up on the same, and that a copy be furnished the bereaved husband, and a copy sent to each of the papers of Goldendale. Signed by Committee, Geo. Hause, G.R. Brown, and R.C. Coombs.
