The Overall property now in Page County functioned as both Tavern and an Inn. It was located just off the turnpike, I believe. Most likely, the Mary referred to in that minute book is Mary Ann Overall (nee Earle), widow of John Froman Overalll. John died 7 May 1820, which would have required/allowed Mary Ann to act as head of household. The "Mansion House," as it was sometimes called operated as both a tavern and an Inn at various times. Mary Ann received this property as her dower land.
