Subject: Cloud backup won't recognize password

I had been using the cloud backup, haven't changed the password since it was set up a couple years ago.
an update moved me to build build date Apr 19 2019
backup runs to my PC but cloud backup has error
It says incorrect password, even after I changed it under manage account and it accepted the new pw.

Error is
Error Connecting to the Server Error -2147213289 the specified password was rejected by the FTP server
