Certificates List
This form contains a listing of people who took out certificates and paid taxes for the use of hair powder. At the top of the page it says "Certificates for using Hair Powder issued for the Year...". There are also fields for district, distributer, and parish.
Year
Key the year from the header area of the list where it says "Certificates for using Hair Powder issued for the Year...".The year is usually pre-populated with "179" and then the last digit is hand-written in. If the last digit is not filled in, mark the field blank.
