Choose the "Marriage Records" form type when the image contains records of marriages. It will include the names of the bride and groom, their marriage date, and occasionaly other information that was included in the original marriage forms.
Surname
Key the Surname of the primary person using the dictionary provided for assistance. If the surname does not appear in the dictionary then key the surname as seen.The primary person's name will appear in Surname, Given name format. Do not key any alternate surnames that appear in parentheses.

Key any titles before the Given name of the primary person, such as "Dr", "Rev", "Mr" or "Mrs".The primary person's name will appear in Surname, Given name format.

Key the first name or initial and any middle names of the primary person to whom the record pertains using the dictionary provided for assistance. If a name does not appear in the dictionary then key the name as seen.The primary person's name will appear in Surname, Given name format.
