Q: If the current residence and the residence at the time of the claim are both given, but are different, which one do we key? (And shouldn't this be part of the instructions for this field?) --Collier Smith 19:53, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

Q: I have found 2 images with affidavits dated 1866 and 1867. The instructions and field help say dates must be between 1870 and 1890. Shouldn't I key as seen, and shouldn't the instructions and help be changed to conform with reality? --Collier Smith 20:46, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

A: There are sometimes records found that are not within the dates we had thought. These records should still be keyed and we will adjust the dates on the title as part of processing the data after keying and review are complete. Annafechter 15:13, 13 February 2014 (UTC)

Q: If witness's names are repeated on more than one image in a set should they still be keyed in? Sometimes they are shown on more than one of the five types of forms. I have been keying them in, as shown on each form, sometimes with a slightly different spelling.

A: Yes, you should index each image separately, so you would key them again on each image where they appear, unless it is actually a duplicate image in which case you would mark it as such. --Katerimmer 09:43, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
