Extra Keying Helps
Eodem: On some of the images for the "Date of acceptance" there it says "eod" or "eodem" (this may look like "cod" or "codem" in some handwriting or if some of the character strokes have faded). Eodem is a Latin word for "same"; treat it the same as you would ditto marks.
Common Keying Errors Found by Reviewers
Crossed out names have not been keyed, when they have not been replaced.

Q: I am keying citizen register from 1894 and sometimes it gives the name of the town/village and the province, or even the country. Do we key all? ie town/village, province and/or country? --Elisabeth power 13:06, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

Q How should we key roll 2654879? These are not applications for citizenship, but shipwrights wanting to build ships and are looking for investers ie shares in ships or merchants asking for shares in future purchases. --Elisabeth power 17:09, 26 April 2013 (UTC)
