Johnson is a county in Indiana. It was formed in 1823 from the following county/ies: Delaware New Purchase . Johnson began keeping birth records in 1882, marriage records in 1830, and death records in 1885. It began keeping land records in 1823, probate records in 1821, and court records in 1823.
