Calhoun is a county in Texas. It was formed in 1846 from the following county/ies: Jackson/Victoria/Matagorda. Calhoun began keeping birth records in 1903, marriage records in 1846, and death records in 1903. It began keeping land records in 1846, probate records in 1846, and court records in 1847.
