Our Titanic Collection
To commemorate the 100th anniversary, we’ve released a range of new records that help you discover the real people who sailed onboard the Titanic. Most important of these is the official passenger list, which reveals the names, ages and occupations of ‘the great and the good’ who bought the sought-after tickets.
If you’re more interested in the paid staff, our crew records reveal addresses, nationalities and positions. You can then remember the 1,517 who lost their lives with our death records and fatality reports, and see photos of some of their memorials in our graves collection.

IMMIGRATION & TRAVEL
Few of us have ancestors who actually boarded the Titanic – but most families do have members who ventured out to sea. You’re more likely to find them in our millions of other migration records.
Our passenger lists reveal immigrants who came to our shores from overseas, and emigrants who left for new lives abroad. You could discover relatives as far afield as the USA, Canada or Australia.
