Photo Corner: Fraternal Organization

This picture has me stumped. It is my grandmother’s brother, Calvin Richard Green (born 1880, died 1972). He looks to be a young man in the picture so I’m guessing it was possibly taken in the early 1900s. He wasn’t in any war, but if you notice the two men on the right each have an arm missing. He was Methodist, born in Jefferson County, Alabama, and he lived in Bessemer and surrounding towns in that area. His grandson said it might be a fraternity. Does anyone have any idea what this organization is? Thanks.
